  My mission is to get the repair done as quickly as possible, If parts are needed, I can usually pick them up on the same day and have your appliance going without too much delay.
Company history
I have worked in the white goods industry since the age of 16. I'm 46 now. I started on a fridge engineer training scheme with a reconditioning firm back in the 80's. I had a break doing repairs from 1992 to 2002, but then joined a top insurance repair agency which sent me all over the West Midlands repairing all sorts of machines and all brands and makes -  you have probably had me in your house repairing things already!
I've had training with a top appliance manufacturer and have had Domestic electrical installation training including part P.
I have been running the business for the past 2 and a half years and thoroughly enjoy my work.
